Mother's Day: a beautiful day of gratitude or a misogynist ploy to keep the masses from appreciating mothers all year round?
To be honest: I don't really care.
I think my mother is beautiful.
She has tattoos, loves leather, has a red and yellow kitchen,
collects Virgin Mary statues and is fierce, loving, and rather erratic.
She also wrote a book
And I'm very glad to have her. Her pushing and nagging may very well be the best things that have ever happened to me.
